I am originally from Romania, a country with scenic mountains and seaside in the eastern Europe. I was born in Bucharest, where I lived until almost the end of the MSc. studies. I later went abroad and studied in England, U.S. and France. I spent the next two years (2006-2007) in Toronto, Canada. I like sports, mostly skiing, tennis and hiking, but also cycling, listening to classical and rock music and wandering through literature and sometimes abstract philosophical writings.
